Every great design begins by solving a quiet, everyday problem. For us, that problem was pet hydration. In multi-pet households, we noticed a recurring challenge: traditional water bowls were passive, easily contaminated, and offered zero insight into a pet’s actual health. Sudden changes in water intake are often the first warning signs of underlying health issues, yet pet parents had no reliable way to track it.

We built Puddl to bridge the gap between thoughtful product design and proactive pet care. Driven by a commitment to functional innovation, we set out to redesign the standard drinking station from the ground up—transforming a simple household object into an intelligent, seamless health companion.

We made our product with an automatic lid that opens when it senses the pet’s presence and closes when the pet leaves. We believe as pet parents that prevention is better than cure.
